In this BOR B<sup>2<\/sup>S<sup>2<\/sup> talk, I will show that gamification and serious games have also pervaded the OR field. I will share theoretical background on the rationales for using game-based approaches. Then, I will present opportunities for investigating game-based approaches in the OR field. Finally, I will highlight why I think the BOR community should take up these challenges.
